Rental Terms & Conditions

  1. Rental period
    1. Rental prices shown cover Saturday 3pm to 11am the following Saturday.
    2. Renters agree to vacate the property by 11am on the last day of rental.
    3. The owners reserve the right to refuse any potential renters.
  2. Reservations & payment
    1. Reservations can be made via telephone, or email, but the reservation will only be confirmed when a deposit of 25% of the total rental value is paid within 14 days of the reservation being made.
    2. The full balance of the rental is due 8 weeks before the rental start date.
    3. Keys to the property will not be passed without full payment received in advance.
    4. The rental covers up to 6 occupants. Additional occupants (up to maximum 8 per villa) are charged at £50 per person, per week.
    5. A full UK address is required to be given to secure any reservation.
    6. The names of all occupants are required prior to occupation.
    7. Payment can be accepted online via credit card (using Paypal), however each payment is subject to a 5% surcharge to cover costs.
    8. A refundable deposit against damage may be charged at the owners discretion prior to villa occupation.
  3. Occupation
    1. Renters agree to respect the owners property during their stay. Any damage will be charged for.
    2. It is recommended that the renters take out adequate holiday insurance.
    3. Renters agree to adequately supervise children whilst using the garden and pool areas and to be aware that marble and stone floors are slippery when wet.
  4. Maintenance
    1. A welcome pack detailing local emergency numbers will be available in the property on arrival
    2. For periods greater than 1 week, villas will enjoy a mid-period clean.
    3. The swimming pool is fully maintained. Renters agree not to add chemicals etc to the pool. Babies must wear waterproof nappies in the pool. The owners reserve the right to charge an excess fee for cleaning the pool where this has not been followed.
  5. Cancellation
    1. If the rental is cancelled over 4 months prior to the holiday, all monies paid will be refunded less a £50 administration fee.
    2. If cancelled 8 weeks to 4 months prior to the holiday, we may retain the deposit paid, unless we are able to relet the villa when only a £50 administration fee will be retained.
    3. If cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday, no refund is due.
    4. Bookings will be cancelled by ourselves if the full rental price is not paid at least 8 weeks prior to rental start.
